Problem summary
The first Nuke comp script is created/saved in the localized directory rather than the project directory in Studio/Hiero.

Customer reported version
13.0::13.0v4

Customer reported platform
windows10

Steps to reproduce
1) Open Nuke Studio, and then Preferences...>Localization.
2) Set the auto-localize from folder for a temporary directory (ex. C:\Temp\localize_from), then set the localize to directory (ex. C:\Temp\localized)
3) Create a new project, and set the project directory to the C:\Temp\localize_from directory.
3. Import a clip, create a sequence, add the clip to the sequence.
4. Right click on the sequence in the timeline, and create a new comp.
5. Double click the comp track in the timeline and view the Project settings for the file path (S in Node Graph)

Expected behavior
The first comp created should be saved to the project directory.

Actual behavior
The first comp created is saved to the localization directory rather than the saved project directory. Any comp version created after saves correctly to the project directory.

Workaround
Edit the Comp's project directory in Settings (S in the Node Graph) for the correct directory.
