Problem summary
Nuke scripts fail to import and stops loading at 0% when a Write node references a .mov file on Windows 10 in Nuke Studio.

Customer reported version
nuke.12.2v4

Customer reported platform
windows10

Steps to reproduce
1) In Nuke Studio, import the attached Nuke script.
2) View the progress of the loading bar.
3) After a specific period of time, cancel the import.

Expected behavior
The script should load to 100% and provide an error for the issue.

Actual behavior
The loading bar appears stuck at 0% when importing a Nukescript with a Write node that references a non-frame file container (mov, mp4, etc). When cancelling the loading prompt, an error prompt appears for the failed import:

The console reports the following message:
[Error][2021/09/24:13:36:35] DDImageCodec::openInternal validate failed, reason: Unable to format path with frame path/to/test.mov, error boost::too_many_args: format-string referred to fewer arguments than were passed

Workaround
Editing the Write node in the Nuke script for a sequence (exr, dpx, etc) allows the script to load correctly.
