ID 470181 - [B] Logs: Server log downloaded via Client isn't the full log file present on the Server

Steps to reproduce
1. Shut down the Flix Server(s)
2. Delete all log files present on the server
3. Restart the Server(s)
4. Perform a large import (400 panels for example) or publish a long Revision (400 panels).
5. Once the import is complete, go to Management Console > Servers and click on DOWNLOAD LOGS
6. Compare the log file that has been downloaded with the one present on the actual server
 
OR 
 
1. Go to Management Console > Servers and click on DOWNLOAD LOGS
2. Compare the log file that has been downloaded with latest one present on the actual server
 
Expected behaviour
The log files should be identical
 
Actual behaviour
The log downloaded only contains the last few lines of the log file.

The log did not rotate, that's the only log file there:
 
I compared that one to the one the Client downloaded and this is what I found:
Original log 2.8 MB 6926 log lines
Log downloaded from Client 102 KB 225 log lines
