Customer reported version
N/A

Customer reported platform
Linux

Steps to reproduce

1) Open Nuke Studio.

2) Import some footage and drop it on to the Timeline.

3) Create a Text soft effect (right click the clip on the Timeline > Effects > Text). On the Text node, add some text to the message field.

4) Under the Background tab, check the enable background option.

5) Change the Output Resolution setting.

The following image shows the Text, before changing the Output Resolution:

After changing the Output Resolution, the background is now in the wrong position:

NOTE: You will get slightly different results, depending on whether the Clip Reformat option on your Track Item has been set to None or To Sequence Resolution. However, in both cases, the Text background is in the wrong position.

Expected behaviour
The Text background should line up with the Text after changing the Output Resolution.

Actual behaviour
Text soft effects backgrounds do not update correctly when changing the Output Resolution of a Sequence.

Workaround
Unknown.

Reproduced by support
This bug has been reproduced in:
Nuke Studio 13.0v2 - Windows 10 - Linux CentOS 7 - macOS 10.13 (High Sierra)
Nuke Studio 12.0v1 - Windows 10
Nuke Studio 11.0v1 - Windows 10
Nuke Studio 10.5v1 - Windows 10 - Linux CentOS 7 - macOS 10.13 (High Sierra) - Regression

Unable to reproduce bug in:
Nuke Studio 10.0v6 - Windows 10 - Linux CentOS 7 - macOS 10.13 (High Sierra)

Earliest version tested
Nuke Studio 10.0v6
- This issue doesn't appear in this version and has regressed
However, in Nuke Studio 10.0v6, it seems that while the background was correctly aligned with the text, the Text soft effect would not correctly update with the new Output Resolution.
