Steps to reproduce
1) Download and open the attached scene file.
2) Render the scene file and notice that it renders.
3) Select the Render item and change the Frame Width and Height to 5000.
4) Re-render the select file and notice that an "Can't create OptiX scene" error message occurs and the render is aborted.
Expected behaviour
The render should progress.
Actual behaviour
A "Can't create OptiX scene" error message occurs and the render is aborted.
