Problem summary
Nuke Studio/Hiero handles don't import correctly when using Create Comp Special or Build Track from Export Structure features.

Customer reported version
hiero.13.0v1

Customer reported platform
10.14

Example steps to reproduce:
1) From Nuke Studio/Hiero, import a clip with at least 100 frames and place it on the Timeline.
2) Trim the tail of the clip by at least 24 frames, keeping the rest untouched.
3) Export the clip as an image sequence with the following options checked:
   - Select Cut Length, then enable "Include" set to "12 frames" and "Start Frame" "Custom" set to 89.

-
3a) Enabling Apply Retimes also has the issue.
4) Use "Build Track from Export Structure" to reload the exported image sequence.
5) Verify the frames that were exported in the Timeline.

Expected behavior
The exported sequence should match the original trimmed frames.

Actual behavior
The exported frames will be offset and appear out-of-sync. This issue also occurs when using Create Comp > Create Comp Special using the same export structure.

Workaround
There is no available workaround at this time.
