Steps to reproduce

1) Launch Modo on Linux

2) Using a tablet, hover the cursor over the menu bar

Expected behaviour
The menu under the cursor should be highlighted

Actual behaviour
The menus do not highlight when the cursor is being controlled by a tablet.

Unknown.

This bug has been reproduced in:
Modo 15.1v1 - CentOS 7.7
Modo 14.2v2 - CentOS 7.7 - regression

Unable to reproduce bug in:
Modo 14.2v1 - CentOS 7.7

Modo 14.2v1 - This issue doesn't appear in this version and has regressed
