Steps to reproduce
1) In Nuke, create a GenerateLUT node.
2) Add a file path, and choose the extension .cube.
3) Generate the LUT, then read it into any text editor.
4) Observe the output of the generated text.

Expected behavior
The 1D LUT knobs should be removed from the node when non-1D LUT extensions are chosen, or it should create a 1D LUT.

Actual behavior
There are 1D LUT parameters available on the node, which do not write accordingly when choosing specific file types.

Workaround
Create a curve with a Sampler node, then export the curve as a discreet 1D LUT.
