ID 486826 - Flipbooking a sequence to Hiero Player, where "input/timecode" metadata is present, will then display incorrect frame numbers in the Viewer
Problem summary Flipbooking a sequence to Hiero Player, where "input/timecode" metadata is present, will then display incorrect frame numbers in the Viewer.
This issue has not been reproduced when using the Flipbook Viewer.
Customer reported version n/a
Customer reported platform Linux
Steps to reproduce
1) Open Hiero Player and ensure that Edit > Preferences > Project Defaults > General > time display is set to Frames.
2) Open Nuke.
3) Create a Checkerboard node.
4) Then create a AddTimeCode node downstream.
5) In the AddTimeCode node's properties, change the start code knob value. For example:
6) Press the Flipbook button in the Viewer
7) In the Flipbook dialog, change the Flipbook setting to Hiero Player. All other settings can be left as default. Then press OK.
8) In Hiero Player, you should then see that the "current frame" field does not match the frames on the timeline:
Expected behaviour When Flipbooking a sequence to Hiero Player, where "input/timecode" metadata is present, the "current frame" field will not match up with the frames on the timeline.
Actual behaviour When Flipbooking a sequence to Hiero Player, where "input/timecode" metadata is present, the "current frame" field should match up with the frames on the timeline.
Workaround Change the time display format from TF to TC (Timecode) and back again. This should give the expected result.
