Problem summary
Redirect does not work when using a Locator as the redirection point in Wireframe mode.

Steps to reproduce
1) Launch Modo.
2) Create a Cube.
3) Create a Locator and using the Move tool move it away from the Cube.
4) Select the cube and in Item Properties go to the Assembly tab.
5) At Redirect click the drop-down and choose the Locator.
6) Choose Wireframe in Viewport options.
7) Select the Cube in the Item List if not still selected and pick up the Move tool.
6) When you pick up the Move tool note that it does not appear at the Locator position.
Expected behavior
The selected tool should center on the locator.
Actual behavior
The selected tool continues to center on the Cube mesh.
Workaround
