Problem summary
Nuke only supports OFX plugins that implemented in a "Filter" or "General" context, it does not support a "Generator" context or any other context that doesn't need an input. As a consequence, OFX plugins cannot easily be used to create readers in Nuke for example.

Steps to reproduce
1) Extract the attached plugin into the OFX plug-ins folder, for example:
C:\Program Files\Common Files\OFX\Nuke
2) Launch Nuke.
3) Right click on the Node Graph and there should now be a menu entry "Nuke OFX Test".
4) Navigate to this menu entry and select "OFX Reader Test".
Expected behaviour
A new node with a single output should be created.
Actual behaviour
No node is created. An error with the following message is displayed: "Constructor for OFXuk.co.thefoundry:ofxreadertest_v1 failed".
