Problem summary
Sliders stick when they are being manipulated with a Wacom tablet using Windows Ink

Steps to reproduce
1) Open Wacom Tablet Properties
2) Under the Calibrate/Mapping tab, ensure that the Use Windows Ink checkbox is ticked
3) Launch Mari and open a project
4) Create a Grade node and open its properties
5) Try to make fine adjustments to any of the sliders using the Wacom pen
Expected behaviour
The slider movement should follow the pen.
Actual behaviour
The sliders 'stick' momentarily before jumping to the pen's position.
