Steps to reproduce

1) Open Nuke Studio/Hiero

2) Import the attached multi-layer exr and add it to the timeline

3) Add a Grade Soft Effect and give it an extreme grade

4) In the Viewer switch to the di_matte_01 layer, the Grade soft effect will also be applied there

5) Right click the clip>Export...

6) In the Export dialog, Process as Shots, use the Transcode Shots DPX preset, then change the file type to .exr and export the clip.

7) Import the rendered clip, and compare the results. The rgba layer will match the viewer, the di_matte_01 will not:

Expected behaviour
For the colors to match

Actual behaviour
The timeline Viewer is adjusted by the soft effect for all layers, during export only the RGB layer is affected
