GridWarp node's Draw Boundary tool doesn't draw correctly if the Viewer is using downrez or proxy

Steps to reproduce

1) Open Nuke

2) Create a GridWarp node and view it

3) Select the Draw Boundary tool, and draw a GridWarp area, it works correctly

4) In the Viewer controls, enable proxy mode or set the downrez to anything other that 1:1

5) Select the Draw Boundary tool, and draw a GridWarp area, it is in the wrong position and the wrong size:



Expected behaviour
For the GridWarp boundary to be the same are the area drawn when using proxy or downrez modes

Actual behaviour
The GridWarp boundary is smaller than what was drawn by the user

Workaround
Use the GridWarpTracker node, as it doesn't have the same issue

This bug has been reproduced in:
Nuke 13.0v5 - Windows 10, CentOS 7.5, macOS Big Sur
Nuke 10.0v1 - Windows 10, CentOS 7.5, macOS Big Sur
