Steps to reproduce

1) Lauch Modo 15.0v1 or earlier.

2) Open customer provided scene file.

3) Rotate mesh in viewport until you can observe that there are a couple polygons that are missing texture.

Expected behaviour
When material is applied the entire selection should show that material.

Actual behaviour
There are polygons that are skipped from the Chamfered edges area.

Workaround
Unknown.
