ID 497641 - Final frame of USD files do not always produce motion blur

Problem summary
When rendering the final frame of an animation brought in by UsdIn, no motion blur is present if the final subsample is not present.
 
This can be seen with USD files exported from Maya, like in the attached example, where the subsample beyond the final frame of animation is not included.
 
In the attached example where the animation ends at frame 10:
Does not produce motion blur

Steps to reproduce

1) Open the attached scene

2) View the render node

3) Start a preview render at frame 10

Expected behaviour
Motion blur should be visible in the render

Actual behaviour
Motion blur is not visible in the render

Workaround
Manually add in the final subsample
