Problem summary
FBX files can import with inverted faces
Customer reported version
Modo 15.2v1
Customer reported platform
Windows 10
Steps to reproduce
1) Open Modo
2) Import the attached FBX file (Leave the FBX Load options as default)
3) Select and inspect the imported geometry
Expected behaviour
The model should be imported without inverted faces.
Actual behaviour
The model imports with some inverted faces, appearing as 'holes' in the mesh.
This issue does not occur when importing the FBX into other 3D packages.
Workaround
Inverted faces can sometimes be fixed by running Mesh Cleanup (Geometry > Mesh Cleanup).
Flipping the polygons twice (Geometry > Polygon > Flip) can also sometimes fix inverted faces.
