Steps to reproduce

1) Launch Modo.

2) Create a mesh primitive.

3) Rotate the camera to underneath the horizontal workplane.

4) Rotate the camera from left to right.

5) Note that the mesh rotation is inverted from actual movement of the mouse.

Expected behaviour
Camera should rotate without inversion.

Actual behaviour
The camera rotation is inverted when viewing from below the workplane.

Workaround
Unknown.
