HieroPlayer doesn't set the LUT/colorspace/color transform in the Viewer when Flipbooking from Nuke, if the OCIO config views live under a group called default, like in nuke-default

Steps to reproduce

1) Open Nuke

2) In Edit>Project Settings...>Color, set the color management to OCIO, and the OCIO config to nuke-default

3) Read in any image sequence and connect it to the Viewer

4) Flipbook the Viewer, setting the FLipbook to HieroPlayer and LUT to None (default)



5) ​When HieroPlayer opens, the pixels will look like None has been applied, but the Viewer transform is set to sRGB



Expected behaviour
The pixels in the Viewer should match what the the LUT/color transform is set to 

Actual behaviour
The pixels and LUT/color transform are out of sync

Workaround
Change the Viewer color transform to another colorspace, then back
Change your OCIO config to not use default for the group views, use another word instead:
