Problem summary
Animated panels mess up audio/timing recording for panels, since their durations are not changed during pitch mode.

Steps to reproduce
1a) Have sequence revision imported from SBP, containing panels with camera moves
OR
1b) Have a sequence revision with a mix of still panels and imported movs
2) Enter pitch mode
3) Record yourself counting the panels as you step through them
Expected behaviour
- When recording timing that is shorter than the animated panel, Trim out should be set accordingly
- When recording timing that is longer than the available media for the animated panel, the last frame should be held for the remainder of the desired time
Actual behaviour
During pitch mode, the animated panels don't change in duration, causing the overall audio recording to be offset
