Mari will occasionally freeze during USD import

This issue can occur when creating new Projects and during import of USD files into existing Projects.

Steps to reproduce

1) Open Mari and create a New Project

2) Select the attached RenderMan_Walking_Teapot_2021_UDIM.usd

3) Set Load to All Models

4) Click Create New Project

Expected behaviour
A new project should be created from the USD file.

Actual behaviour
Mari sometimes freezes and never recovers.

Unknown.
