Problem summary
The Output Transform knob value is not preserved, on the Monitor Out Properties panel, when switching between the Timeline and Node Graph.

Steps to reproduce
1) Launch Nuke Studio and create a new sequence in the current project.
- N.B. Double click the sequence to open the in the Viewer or the value will not be preserved.
2) Navigate to Project > Edit Settings > Color Management.
3) Select aces_1.1 from the OpenColorIO Config dropdown.
4) Open the Node Graph tab and open Project Settings (press the S key in the Node Graph).
5) Open the Color tab, then change the OCIO config knob value to aces_1.1
6) Navigate to Workspace > Monitor Out
7) Click the cog icon on the Monitor Out panel.
8) In the Properties panel that appears, change the Output Transform knob to any other value.
9) Open the Node Graph tab, then change back to the Timeline.
RESULT: The Output Transform knob value reverts back to the default value, which is defined in Project > Edit Settings > Color Management.
10) Open the Node Graph tab, then change then change the Output Transform knob to any other value.
11) Switch to the Timeline, then reopen the Node Graph tab.
RESULT: The Output Transform knob value reverts back to the default value, which is defined in the Project Settings (the Root node).
Expected behaviour
The Output Transform knob values should be preserved, for both the Timeline and Node Graph.
Actual behaviour
The Output Transform knob value is not preserved when switching between the Timeline and Node Graph
