NukeStudio's Viewer skips/pauses frames when looping clips while using a monitor out device
This does not happen when using the Floating Window or with monitor out disabled

Steps to reproduce

1) Download and extract the attached TestFrames.zip

2) Open NukeStudio on a machine with a AJA or BlackMagic Monitor Out device installed

3) Import the test frames, and add it to a sequence/timeline

4) Open the Monitor Out panel and enable monitor out, selecting the Monitor Out device

5) Set the Display Mode to 2K 2048 x 1080 - 24p and the pixel format to 10 bit 4:4:4, but the issue happens with other resolutions too

6) Playback the sequence, letting it loop several times, depending on the machine you will start seeing frames jump / pause when the clip loops, in this example, the clip gets stuck at frame 9. NOTE, it doesn't happen every time:



Expected behaviour
For the sequence to loop seamlessly

Actual behaviour
The frames skip / pause when the sequence is being looped

Workaround
None.
