Steps to reproduce

1) Launch Modo.

2) Create a cube mesh.

3) Assign material to the mesh.

4) Right-click on the mesh item and go to Presets > Save as General Preset.

5) Uncheck Create Package box and save preset as a .lxl in a easily found location.

6) Close the scene and open a new one.

7) Open Preset Browser with F6 and click Add Path in the directory list.

8) Navigate to the location you saved the preset to and click Select Folder.

9) Your saved preset should now appear in the Preset Browser. Right-click and choose Load.

10) Once it loads go to the Shader Tree and note that there is now a second Render item that cannot be deleted.

Expected behavior
The preset should be loaded without additional cameras and render items.

Actual behavior
Additional cameras and render items are loaded. The extra render item cannot be deleted.

Workaround
The additional camera can be deleted normally. For the second render item you can select it on the Shader Tree and then enter the following command - item.tagRemove LOCK

Once this has been done preset delete on your keyboard and click yes in the pop-up box.
