Pixels at the top of the image are displaying incorrectly when zooming/moving the image in the Viewer.

Example steps to reproduce
1) In Nuke, create a ColorWheel node.
2) View the ColorWheel node, then in the Viewer, use the mouse scroll wheel to zoom out.
4) Turn off the Viewer overlay (Q) 
5) Pan the ColorWheel image to the bottom of the Viewer and observe the top pixels of the node.
 

 
Expected behavior
The top pixels of the Viewer should appear without corruption.
 
Actual behavior
The top pixels appear corrupted with the bottom pixels of the Viewer. This does not affect renders and only appears as a visual issue.
 
Workaround
There is no available workaround at this time.

Nuke 13.1v2 - Windows 10
Nuke 13.1v1 - Windows 10, macOS 10.15 - regression
 
Unable to reproduce bug in:
Nuke 12.2.v10 - Windows 10, macOS 10.15
 
Earliest version tested
Nuke 12.2v10 - This issue doesn't appear in this version and has regressed
