Normalizing folder with procedural weights are inconsistent/incorrect when saved and re-opened.

Steps to reproduce
 
1) Launch Modo.

2) Load customer provided scene.

3) Go to Setup layout.
 
4) Click on one of the side locator boxes and engage the Move tool.
 
5) Move the point around and note that the weighting is being observed by the mesh stretching from the center where the weight are highest.


 
6) Go to the viewport split options, then Data Lists > Deformer List.

 
7) In the Deformer List expand the existing Normalizing Folder and select all of the contents.

 
8) Drag the selected items outside the folder.
 
9) Click Add Operator.
 
10) Add a new Normalizing Folder.
 
11) Reselect the moved items in the Deformer List and drag them into the new Normalizing Folder.
 
12) Select one of the side locator boxes again and engage the Move tool.
 
13) Note that now when moving the weights are not being observed as before the move to the new folder.

 
 
Expected behaviour
Weights should be observed regardless of being move to a new Normalizing folder.
 
Actual behaviour
After being moved to a new Normalizing folder the weights are no longer having the same impact.
