Problem summary
Nuke fails to launch when installed to a network location, and an error like the following is returned:
UnicodeDecodeError: 'utf-8' codec can't decode byte 0xb0 in position 37: invalid start byte
This issue appears to be macOS only.

Steps to reproduce 1) Install Nuke to a network location.
2) Launch Nuke from this network location.
Expected behaviourYou should be able to launch Nuke, regardless of where it has been installed.
Actual behaviourNuke fails to launch and returns the following error:
UnicodeDecodeError: 'utf-8' codec can't decode byte 0xb0 in position 37: invalid start byte
