Problem summary
When using per monitor UI scaling across monitors of different resolutions, certain UI elements can become malformed.

Steps to reproduce
1) Setup dual monitors, with the one on the right being the main monitor, and one of the left secondary
2) Open Nuke, Go to Edit > Preferences > UI Scaling and set the UI scale mode to per display and change the scaling of the second display to 1.5
3) Restart Nuke
4) Run
nukescripts.goto_frame() in the Script Editor
Expected behaviour
The Goto Frame window has it's UI scaled by 1.5x and is useable as normal
Actual behaviour
The Goto Frame window's UI is malformed
Workaround
Don't use UI scaling
