Using expressions on DeepRead file knob causes errors.
 
In some cases, this leads to failed renders.

Steps to reproduce
1) In Nuke, create a DeepRead node.
2) Right-click the DeepRead properties and select Manage User Knobs.
3) Select Add and choose Filename from the dropdown, giving it the name "file2".
4) Add a TCL expression to the file knob for referencing the User knob. Example: [value file2]
5) Open the Error Console by right-clicking a panel and selecting Windows > Error Console.
6) Save the script, then reopen it and view the Error Console.

Expected behavior
The DeepRead node should be viewed without errors.

Actual behavior
An error appears in the console for: "ERROR: DeepRead1: no reader"

Workaround
There is no available workaround at this time.
