Copy Exporter slow to copy on Windows

Steps to reproduce
1) Copy the following directory to a fast local drive: \\netqa\netqa\Testing\Nuke\FileIO\dpx\Attenborough_dpx_INT\ATLANTIC_FM_MAIN_SHOW_01_to_foundry_left
2) Open Nuke Studio/Hiero
3) Import the footage from the local directory, and add it to a timeline/sequence
4) Select the clip>right click>Export...
5) In the Export dialog, Process as Shot, then create a new preset with the following export structure:
6) Open Task Manager, and monitor the network performance.
7) In File Explorer, copy the footage from the local drive to a network directory, notice the speed of the transfer, and wait for the copy to complete
8) In Nuke Studio/Hiero, in the Export Dialog, export the preset, setting the project directory to the same place on the network, and again monitor the network usage, it will be much slower:
Expected behaviour
For the copy throughput to be similar between Windows and Nuke Studio, the same as in CentOS and macOS:
Actual behaviour
Nuke Studio's copy exporter is 2-3 times slower than Windows copy
