ID 470444 - [C] User is disconnected from Flix if the server they had logged into is switched off

1. Have at least 2 servers in the cluster. We will call them server 1 and 2 to make things easier.

2. Log into server 1.

3. Navigate to any sequence revision.

4. Switch off server 1.

5. Navigate out of that sequence revision and try moving around different ones - things will seem a bit slow but will appear to be working, however after less than a minute you will see this:

and not long after that:

 

Flix should recover, and move the user onto server 2 so they can continue working

 

Flix does not recover and the user will be unable to work in Flix unless they log out and log in again using server 2's hostname.

 

This issue has been tested and reproduced on:

6.3.7-1

6.3.6-2

6.3.6 handles it a bit better because it's more instant, but the issue persists

6.1.2 logs the user out immediately after the server is shut down
