Dragging warp points with a Wacom pen has a delay when Windows Ink is enabled

Steps to reproduce

1) Open Wacom Tablet Properties

2) Under the Calibrate or Mapping tab, ensure that the Use Windows Ink checkbox is ticked

3) Launch Mari and open any project

4) Create a warp using the Warp tool 

5) Using your pen, touch and drag the warp points

Expected behaviour
There should be no delay between the movement of the pen and the warp points.

Actual behaviour
There is a slight delay before the warp point moves, like it is 'sticking'.

Workaround
Unknown.

Mari 4.7v6
