"Load Animated Channels only" is always set back to OFF once closing the Graph Editor.

Steps to reproduce

1) Launch Modo.

2) Press F7 to open the Graph Editor.

3) Enable Load Animated Channels Only.

4) Close the Graph Editor.

6) Re-open the Graph Editor and note that the option is no longer enabled.

Expected behaviour
Once Load Animated Channels Only is enabled it should stay enabled.

Actual behaviour
The option must be re-enabled every time the Graph Editor is opened.
