Problem summary
Object rotation breaks when using the axis handles in the 3D Viewer with custom object interaction speed value not equal to 1.
Customer reported version
nuke.13.1v2
Customer reported platform
n_a_windows
Steps to reproduce
1) In Nuke, open the Preferences...>Viewer Handles (Shift+S)
2) Change the object interaction speed to be more or less than 1.
3) Save the settings and create a 3D Card in the Node Graph.
4) View the Card node and click the object in the 3D Viewer.
5) Select the Rotate axis knob and begin rotating the object, observing changes.
Expected behavior
The object should rotate at the correct speed referenced by the object interaction speed value.
Actual behavior
The 3D object pops and twists incorrectly when having a value other than 1 applied to the object interaction speed in the Preferences > Viewer Handles setting.
Workaround
Keeping the object interaction speed set to 1 will allow the handles to perform correctly.
