Steps to reproduce

1) Launch Modo.

2) Go to Setup layout.

3) Create new workspace.

4) Create new General Assembly.

5) Add MeshOp Stack 

6) Double-click node connection to add mesh to the workspace.

7) Click add to add another Mesh item.

8) Click View Previous arrow in Schematic Viewport.

9) Created assembly should appear there.

10) Right-click on the assembly and select Collapse To Item.

11) In the pop-up choose MeshOp Stack for both drop-downs.

12) Go to File > Save Select item as Assembly Preset.

13) Once saved close the scene.

14) In new scene add the saved preset.

15) Go to Shader Tree and note that there is now an extra Render Item.

Note: This occurs 

Expected behaviour
Assembly preset should be added without creating an additional render item.

Actual behaviour
Additional render item is added to the Shader Tree. Please note that a assembly preset created in 15.2v2 will cause the additional render item to appear if added to previous build of Modo, but presets created in those builds do not cause the issue.
