ID 506441 - Xgen Maya 2023 cannot be used due to Ptex shared library (dll and so) shipped with Katana 4.5 and 5.0

Problem summary:

Maya 2023's XGen procedural does not work in Katana due to a Ptex library clash, since Maya 2023 is on VFX22 already.

Currently Katana ships a Ptex.dll (and .so for Linux) which is not used by Katana 4.5 or 5.0 at present.

Steps to reproduce:

1. Try and render a scene with an XGen procedural using Maya 2023

Expected behaviour:

No issues
There should also be no Ptex.dll or Ptex.so library in the `bin` folder.

Actual behaviour:

There will be no render as there will be library runtime conflicts.

Workaround:

No known workaround.
