When modo_cl is ran as sudo on Linux, when querying the user locations the root directory is missing the "/".

Steps to reproduce
 
1) Open modo_CL as sudo via the terminal.

2) Enter the following into the terminal window: query platformservice path.path ? scripts

3) Notice that in the the returned path before the root directory the "/" is missing.

 
Expected behaviour
A "/" should be present before the root directory: /root/.luxology/Scripts.
 
Actual behaviour
The "/" which should be present before the root directory is missing.

Unknown.

Unable to reproduce bug in:
15.2v3 - macOS 10.16
13.0v1 - macOS 10.16
