Color Picker Reopens in a different translation position/size outside of the position/size config when closed

Steps to reproduce
1) Have 2x monitors set up
2) Launch Nuke and create a Constant node
3) Open the Constant node properties window and CTRL + Click on the color wheel to enable the floating color picker window
4) Resize the floating color picker window and close the floating window
5) Move your Nuke session to the second monitor and re-open the floating color picker window
Expected behaviour
For the floating color picker window to stay resized
Actual behaviour
The floating color picker window is reset to the default size
