Steps to reproduce
 
1) Download the attached .usd file

2) Open the New Project window and select the .usd file
 
3) In the 'Load' dropdown, select 'All Models'

4) Tick the 'Include Invisible' checkbox
 
5) Create the project
 
Expected behaviour
Invisible Models should still be loaded:
 

 
Actual behaviour
Invisible Models are not loaded:
