Nuke Playback Cache bar not displaying in timeline when using alembic camera

Steps to reproduce

1) Open NukeX.

2) Open Project Settings by clicking Edit>Project Settings

3) In the Project Settings properties, change the frame range from 1001 - 1245

4) Create a CheckerBoard node.

5) Create a Card, connect the CheckerBoard node to the Card node input.

6) Create a Camera Node and in the properties, turn on read from file and load in the attached alembic camera file.

7) Create a ScanlineRender node, connect the Card node to the obj/scn input and the Camera node to the cam input.

8) Click play in the timeline and the Playback Cache bar does not display, clicking Back to Start. (Home) will intermittently display the Playback Cache bar.


Expected behaviour
For the Playback Cache bar in the timeline to display

Actual behaviour
The Playback Cache bar disappears
