Problem summary
Nuke force closes/crashes when reading in multiple file types with previous FileIO installed on macOS.

Steps to reproduce
1) Download and install Nuke 13.0FileIOv3 sdk:
https://www.foundry.com/products/nuke/download/sdk
2) Launch Nuke 13.1.
3) Read in any .arx, .mov, .mp4, or .mxf file and observe performance.
Expected behavior
The file should be read in without issue or display an error if the file cannot be loaded.
Actual behavior
Nuke force-closes without error, or on occasion creates an Apple issue reporter.
Workaround
There is no available workaround at this time.
