1) In Nuke, copy/paste the following script:

2) View the ScanlineRender node.
 
 
Expected behavior
Artifacting should not be present when viewing the ScanlineRender node.
 
Actual behavior
Artifacting can appear in the Viewer/render when viewing a ScanlineRender node with having minimal samples and having a camera angled a specific way.
 
Workaround
Increasing the Sample size or using a different filter (Impulse, Nearest, Bilinear, Trilinear, Anisotropic) allows the render to appear without artifacting.
