Problem summary
Crash when playing back with Monitor Out enabled after changing the Active Buffer
This is dumped to the terminal every crash. Often it's more verbose (similar to the attached txt file)

Steps to reproduce
1) Open Nuke Studio on a machine with Monitor Our hardware
2) Import two clips and add them to two tracks on the timeline above each other
3) Select the bottom clip and press 1 to load it into A buffer
4) Select the top clip and press 2 to load it into B buffer
5) Open the Monitor Out panel, Window> Viewer Monitor Out
6) Enable Monitor out and in the Monitor Out properties, select a Monitor Out hardware device (NOT Floating Window)
7) Click the eye dropper in the Viewer to open the Viewer info bar
8) Switch the active buffer by clicking to the left of the [B] in the info bar
9) Press Play, Nuke Studio crashes
