ID 506458 - When using multiple displays, turning them all off crashes Katana

Katana does not need to be displayed across multiple monitors for this to occur.

Steps to reproduce
 
1) Have two or more displays connected and turned on

2) Launch Katana

3) Turn all the monitors off
 
Expected behaviour
Katana is still running
 
Actual behaviour
Katana has crashed
