Problem summary Using Insert Mode, or changing the number of divisions, on the GridWarp and GridwarpTracker nodes crashes Nuke.

Steps to reproduce
1) Open Nuke and create a GridWarp node.
2) Attach a Viewer to the GridWarp node.
3) Click the Insert Mode button in the left hand toolbar of the Viewer and attempt to insert a point. Alternatively, you can change the number of divisions in the Viewer:
Expected behaviour Using Insert Mode, or changing the number of divisions, should allow the user to add an extra line to the grid.
Actual behaviour Nuke crashes after enabling Insert Mode and hovering the mouse cursor over the viewer, or when changing the number of divisions.
Workaround Unknown.
Reproduced by support This bug has been reproduced in: Nuke 13.2v1 - Windows 10 - macOS 10.15.7 - CentOS 7 - regression
