Problem summary
Falloff symmetry doesn't work on one side when the viewport is to the back of the model.

Steps to reproduce
1) Launch Modo.
2) Create a sphere mesh.
3) Enable Polygon selection.
4) Enable Symmetry.
5) Select Falloff > Radial
6) In the viewport hold down the right mouse button and drag out the falloff on the right side of the model.
7) Pick up the Move tool with the 'W' key.
8) Select and hold the center handle of the move tool and move it around.
9) Note that nothing happens.
10) drag the falloff to the left side of the model and note that the model does respond.
Expected behaviour
Deformer should affect the model when the falloff is added to the right side.
Actual behaviour
The falloff does not affect the model on the right side.

Unknown.
