Problem summary
The default allocator is causing performance issues in Windows.

Steps to reproduce
1) Download and install Nuke 13.2v2 on Windows.
2) In Nuke, set the Project Resolution to 16K.
3) Add a Checkerboard, then set the Viewer to full frame processing.
4) Add and modify a Grade node.
3) Observe any performance differences to earlier Nuke versions: i.e The Viewer is much slower to update.
Expected behavior
The performance in Nuke should be consistent between versions.
Actual behavior
Nuke's performance is slower than previous versions.
Workaround
Adding the environment variable NUKE_ALLOCATOR=TBB seems to fix the performance issue.
