Editing images with over a 16k bounding box can lose data while being edited outside the format
 
This only happens in the negative x and y direction, not the positive, and this also applies to reading in images which have a bounding box over this size.

Steps to reproduce
 
1) Open the attached Nuke script, 16kBoundingBoxTest.nk

2) View the final Reformat node and enable full frame processing in the Viewer, the left of the image will be missing it's data:


 
Expected behaviour
The the image data to be kept, even at large resolutions
 
Actual behaviour
The image produces stretching artefacts when greater than 16384 pixels wide or tall

Nuke 9.0v1 - Windows 10, CentOS 7.4
