Steps to reproduce
 
1) Download the Mari 5.0v3 installer and extract it

2) Double-click the .exe to install
 
Expected behaviour
No error stating that the executable has an unknown publisher.
 
Actual behaviour
Warning dialog appears to warn that the executable has an unknown publisher:

 
Running Get-AuthenticodeSignature on the file in PowerShell also indicates the file is unsigned:
