Problem summary
Publishing a large amount of duplicated panels is incredibly and unnecessarily slow.

Steps to reproduce
1) To ensure you reproduce the issue, have a Flix sequence revision with at least 1400 panels, all duplicates of other panels.

2) Publish to editorial without checking the Generate Dialogue File nor the Generate Contact Sheet checkboxes - this is to highlight the issue. 

3) Wait...
 
Expected behaviour
Publish should go through in a timely manner.
 
Actual behaviour
Publish takes an abnormal amount of time (two hours roughly). Removing the duplicated status of panels and publishing on the same environment makes it go through in 2 minutes.
 
Workaround
The workaround involves modifying the database directly. Please contact Foundry Support should you hit this bug so next steps can be defined.
